The customer presents specific needs, including the type of fixture (e.g., floor lamp, wall sconce, solar light, etc.), the application scenario (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.), the desired effect (lighting intensity, colour temperature, control method, etc.), and the budget range. We will also discuss how well the design style of the customised fixture matches the existing environment.

Based on the customer's needs, our design team will develop a preliminary design plan, including design drawings, 3D renderings, material and accessory selection, and so on. At this stage, we may need to communicate with the customer several times to make adjustments until the programme is approved by the customer.

After the design is finalised, we will provide a detailed quotation, listing all component costs, production costs, transportation costs, and taxes. After both parties agree on the price, delivery date, payment terms, etc., we will sign a formal sales contract.

Before mass production, we can make samples for customers' inspection to confirm whether the product quality, appearance, and function meet the expectations. After the customer confirms satisfaction, we will enter the mass production stage.

According to the contracted quantity. During this process, we will strictly monitor the quality of production to ensure that each product meets the established standards.

After the production is completed, all the lamps and lanterns will go through strict quality inspection, including aging test, function test, safety test, etc., to ensure that the products are flawless.

Protect the lamps from damage during transport through professional packaging. Shipments are made directly from US warehouses to ensure that the fixtures are delivered on time and safely to the designated location.

Provide installation guidance service, and provide a certain period of warranty service for the products sold. For any problems encountered by customers in the process of use, we will respond quickly and provide solutions.
